Included in the rate: Taxes, electricity, gas, use of the kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, linens and towels are changed twice a week, final cleaning if you stay 7 nights or more.

Not included in the rate: Security Deposit according to the days of the stay that will be refunded at the departure, final cleaning (€35) if you stay less than 7 nights.

Services on demand: private garage, private transfer with driver from or to Fiumicino or Ciampino airport (€45 up to 4 people).

Cancellation policy: reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of 1 night. In case of no show or cancellation 7 days before the stay penalty is 100% of deposit. In case of anticipated leaving we will not give back the total amount of the stay.
