Terms and Conditions
Reservation:
To confirm your reservation is necessary to send us a deposit of 30% of total amount for a 3-night stay or more. If you stay only 2 nights we require a deposit in the amount of one night stay.
Acceptable forms of payment: deposit must be made with bank to bank transfer (only from the European Community) or online credit card payment. We will let you know all the details to proceed with payment as soon as you reserve. Cancellation:Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of 1 night. In case of no show or cancellation 7 days before the stay penalty is 100% of deposit. In case of anticipated leaving we will not give back the total amount of the stay. Special rates are offered for long stay (more than 3 days) or last minute. |

Total amount of the stay will be paid at the arrival exclusively by cash in EURO. We do not accept credit cards or cheques. We speak Italian, English, Spanish and French. |

If you are arriving early (8-13am) your room might not be ready if other visitors are leaving that day. You will be able to have a cup of tea or coffee, leave your cases and come back later. If you are arriving in the evening hosts ask you to arrive by 8 pm at the latest on the first night of your stay. If you are arriving any later than this please tell us at the time of booking.
Please arrange time for arrival in advance to avoid waiting in the street.
Your hosts will appreciate it if you can vacate your bedroom by 10 am on the day of departure. |
